Raymond Martinez

Ray is a personal trainer who is ISSA Certified in Personal Training as well as certified in CPR.

Currently training at Timberstrength Health + Wellness, he provides 60-minute one-on-one and group sessions, specializing in strength building, resistance training with weights, as well as overall conditioning and general fitness.

Ray has worked with a wide range of clients, including athletes, individuals with disabilities, and people of all ages striving for a healthier lifestyle.
