Welcome!
Since becoming the new owner of Timberstrength at the start of 2025, I have been focused on making it a home for people of all ages who want to stay fit and healthy on a 24/7 basis!
In addition to the Standard & Monthly Memberships, we offer discounts for first responders, healthcare workers, teachers and veterans.
We are participating with Tivity Silver Sneakers. Tivity Prime, FitOn participants and RenewActive.
I am also currently interviewing new trainers and instructors and improving the classroom studio so that Yoga and similar classes can resume. We hope you will feel free to contact us if you are looking for something specific.
This gym exists to make fitness your passion - and I so appreciate your patience as we make the improvements!

What Can a Gym Membership Do For Your Health?
Health is NOT just the absence of illness or disease! Health is physical, mental and social!
For GOOD health, you really need all three, AND, even if you have an illness like diabetes, COPD, arthritis or similar, a gym membership may be a great thing!
Movement, no matter how minor, gets our heart pumping, our joints lubricating, and our lungs clearing!
Doing something physical, that is not just a normal activity (like laundry), releases endorphins which help with pain, help you sleep better later, and improves your ability to deal with stress.
Going to a gym also helps you avoid grumpy isolation, helps you make new friends, stimulates competition, and gives your mind something to do beside focusing on who cut you off in traffic or your annoying co-workers!
For families, gym membership and working out together means less screen time and enhances togetherness!
